This donation was made possible, in part, through your support!
For the past few years Forest City ComiCon has donated a portion of the proceeds from the event to Project Play in support of local community groups. Earlier today at Project Play donated 175 board games to the London Public Library as the start of a game lending library for the city (the first of it’s kind in Southwestern Ontario).
Starting in March, people can go to the LPL website, find a game and check it out for free, take it home, and play it with their friends and families! In addition, the library can use those games for literacy programs, helping new Canadians meet others and feel welcome in our community, summer camps, education programs, and much more.
Thanks Project Play for putting this together and thanks Forest City ComiCon fans for your support!
